DTE Maharashtra Diploma Admission 2024: The Maharashtra Directorate of Technical Education has extended the Post SSC polytechnic diploma degree deadline. The authorities have extended the deadline for polytechnic admission 2024 to June 30. Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements can apply online at dtemaharashtra.gov.in. Previously, the course’s deadline was June 2024. To date, 115000 candidates have registered for First Year Diploma Engineering Courses (Polytechnics) admission process. Due to the increased demand for admission and the delay in receiving the caste certificate, non-creamy layer certificate, and income certificate, the DTE Maharashtra diploma admission 2024 date has been extended. Chandrakant Patil, Maharashtra’s Minister of Higher Education and Technical Education, announced the extension on social media.

| Diploma in Engineering and Technology | (A) First Year of Post SSC (1) Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate, Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh Migrant Candidature Candidates. (i) The Candidate should be an Indian National; (ii) Passed 10th Std./ SSC examination or its equivalent, with at least 35% aggregate marks Candidates from states other than Maharashtra are only eligible for the institute quota. (2) NRI / OCI / PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign National. (i) Passed 10th Std./ SSC examination or its equivalent, with at least 35% aggregate marks (ii) Any other criterion declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Rules. (B) Direct Second Year of Post SSC Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate. (i) The Candidate should be an Indian National; (ii) Passed 10+2 examination with Physics/ Mathematics /Chemistry / Computer Science/Electronics /Information Technology/ Biology / Informatics Practices/Biotechnology /Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics / Business Studies/Entrepreneurship (Any of the three). OR 10th + (2 years ITI) with appropriate Trade in that order shall be eligible for admission to Second Year Diploma Course(s) of appropriate Programme.
