However, flights booked during holidays such as Christmas or New Year’s, or when schools are not in session, will be far less popular. If you must cancel your flight at the last minute, you may save some money by purchasing your tickets as far in advance as possible.

- You may still book a flight using Air Canada Reservations.
- You may book a flight on Air Canada’s website or on your phone using the Air Canada app.

- Call 1-888-289-2267 or visit aircanada.com/flights to cancel all of your Air Canada flights. You may also cancel your reservation by navigating to My Bookings and selecting the “Cancel” option.
- You want to cancel your flight at the same time you bought it (usually within 24 hours) and get a refund for the amount you spent.
- You are cancelling your entire flight. You’ve decided to cancel your flight with a partner airline.
- If you modify the date, time, or even the flight itself for whatever reason, we will return the money you paid.
Refunds are available up to 24 hours after purchase.
If you cannot travel on the dates you ordered, we will refund your money or cease selling tickets. If you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation, you may be eligible for a full refund if the fare type you purchased did not include it.
