With Air Tahiti, the hand baggage allowance is free of charge within the following limits:

International

We are unable to provide additional cabin allowance, in contrast to foreign airlines, which fly a fleet of large aircraft. This is due to the size of our cabins and their baggage compartments. A cabin allowance of one (1) personal item weighing 3 kg (6.6 pounds) is available for infants (0 to 23 months) traveling without a reserved seat.

Before boarding, cabin luggage will undergo inspection in order to guarantee a comfortable and secure journey. Any cabin luggage that is not allowed must be checked in and transported in the hold. There might potentially be fees.
